The atmosphere is beautiful; the people who manage and own the spa are not. I purchased a sauna package. I'm not a complainer. I usually ask to see a manager when I go somewhere to pay a compliment to of their employees. The showers in the spa locker room do not drain well, the floor was soaking wet and I fell. The people are nice but the facial was average and overpriced for what I received.The massaging as part of a longer facial was not worth it. I like this place for reflexology and massage but will get facials elsewhere that for the same price provide a better service.

The best hidden spa in town! The staff is so friendly and accommodating and once you walk in you truly feel as though you've been taken away! I would highly recommend Maui Spa if you haven't tried...

I came here a few months ago. The only reason why I am giving a generous 3 's is because the blonde who did my pedicure was amazing. The place I had to sit durring my pedicure was not so amazing....
