This family-owned hotel, centrally located near Powell's Books, is one of the best values in town and the rooms, which all have full kitchenettes, are clean and comfortable. Gentleman at front desk was very nice and helpful. Hotel was situated right in downtown Portland near everything in the city. Almost next door to Powell's books. Room was clean. Room was not that large but had a full kitchen which would be nice for extended stays. 18$ to park in parking garage but i found a spot on the street with ease and could see the car out my window.
