Hello everyone. If you are looking to move in the downtown area look no further than Roberts Lofts on the Plaza. I love this loft. I looked for a month and then found this one across the street from the grocery store. The staff is nice, they ansewered all my questions and because I know I have a little OCD lol, they were exceptionally patient with me. They are also beautiful inside as well....

I went to view an apartment at Roberts Lofts on the Plaza. Initially I was asking about the Tower but needed somewhere immediately. The agent was very friendly, showed me the two bedroom and the fitness area which I loved. I signed a lease and have been loving the downtown life for a couple of months now.

These apartments although appointed nice beware when leaving you apartment. Dogs barking in other apartments, filthy halls, parking garage that smells of urine, security door that is held unlocked with zip ties because they won't get it fixed. These apartments have seen their day but what do you expect the owners the Roberts Bros are broke. Think twice before renting here

This space is so well appointed for the price. OMG I.Love.This.Loft!!! And living across the street from the Schnucks Culinaria has got to be the best part of this unit. I lived in a different loft downtown for several years. It was nice, but not like this. And it was right on Washington with a lot of noise. I'm not seeing that problem here. I'm still in the decision making process of choosing...

I have been looking for lofts for two months and finally found one. Yes Roberts Lofts on the Plaza is the one. The only bad thing I have to say is that I almost past it up because it is hidden in plain site. Once I got in and looked at the unit I said WOW. Nice appliances, friendly staff and quiet unlike some of the lofts Ive visited. Thank you Roberts Lofts, tell your owner way to go....
