On several occasion, I have called your office, (May 26, 28, 2015 and June 1, 8 2015) regarding the QDRO that was sent to you by Lexington Pen (May 19, 2015). I was told that once you have reviewed the paperwork that the papers are to be sent to the judge for review and signed. Per your request, was for me to take down the review that was posted on February 16, 2015. I cannot remove something that reflects the truth about the work you have presented for my case. I said that it would be removed when everything is complete. However, because you did not hear from me (out of town), and you got me when I arrived back in town, you still wanted me to remove the message. You clearly knew that more work had to be done on the QDRO case. Things were progressing as of now it has stop and paperwork were not forward to me. I am only following what you have said, and that is you would finish what needed to be done, and I would remove the review. I do not think as an individual that having a case that is not complete nor closed; I should be antagonize about removing a review when I cannot get the papers sent to me. Therefore, as of participating in the litigation and financial obligation that was done and you decided not to complete the task and leave me with a mess of a deal.
