Hoping this gets to the CEO of this company. I cancelled services in December 2015 and have been getting billed until June 2016 after I cancelled. I have still yet to be credited for everything that was owed to me, and in fact have been chasing a wild goose to get this done. Although this isn't MY money (it's my owners), I'm tired of fighting on phone calls every week for the past 6+ months....

Horrible customer service. I ended my service with them because there is better technology available for automotive websites with better mobile compatibility. Since March their billing department keeps submitting a final invoice to me with the WRONG amount on it.
