My entire experience with the staff was bad. From the moment I called to schedule an appointment I was treated badly. They cut me off a lot and spoke to me in a snotty matter. The receptionists was rude.
Once I showed up for my appointment, she remembered our phone conversation and seemed unhappy to assist me. While filling out my new member information, the assistant automatically checked the ""caucasian"" box without asking my ethnicity. When i asked for her to fix it, she seemed disgusted when i told her what my ethnicity was. I thought that was pretty racist. Also, they made me wait...
