INCOMPETENT
Terrible. I paid over $3,000 for 2 suits last december and was told delivery would take 8 weeks. 9 weeks later, the first suit arrived. it was ok. everything needed adjustments, which added another week to the delivey time. they also forgot to attach the button to the pants and forgot 2 more times even though i brought it back specifically to have that done in addition to the initial alterations.
here's the bad part. it's been 8 months and i still haven't received the second suit. it was made for my father and was supposed to be a christmas present. the first one arrive damaged and had to be sent back. they said they would "rush" the delivery of the new one but it would take another 8 weeks. week after week passed and it was never delivered, nor did anyone call me. i called and left messages but got tossed around to different reps and managers.
i was lied to, passed around, and STILL HAVEN'T received the second suit.
it's terrible service, mediocre quality, and a big waste of time when you realize there are a million places to get custom suits in NYC.
all of my co-workers have stopped ordering from them and i will certainly never go back. they're a complete joke.
