Incompetent and horrible customer service! We have been living on concrete for the past month after ripping up our carpet so Home Depot could do a measure and level. Their tech said the subfloor was fine and that there should be no problem with installation. In fact, they said it was so easy we could even do the installation ourselves.

Specifically Maryann in plumbing. I was walking down the aisle to where repair faucet knobs are with a broken shower faucet knob in my hand as she was aiding another customer.
