Usually excellent....but I am trying to buy one box of a tile to do a repair. It comes in two colors. The store has one color. The web sight shows the color I want. They have the same order numbers so I cannot choose a color. Have called the store twice today and sent an email this AM to online. Talked to the Live Chat people. No one knows what to do. In Springfield, OH.

Good luck if you need to make a return and you paid with a debt card. Get cash if at all possible. Love the management telling you you are wrong no mater what you say
