Customer service has declined a great deal on the Miramar store. I was there on 6 Nov 2015 loading some pressure treated lumber (by myself) and lumber employees ignored me as to avoid helping me. Finally I found someone willing to assist me. Then found out they ran out of string to tie the lumber. Luckily I had 3 ratchet straps, I had to purchase a 4th strap otherwise I would not been able to...

Very disorganized!!! Every we come here there is no one available for the tile department or the blind department to help us. We made an order and requested 3 times for them to make sure order was 52 sq feet and NOT 52 pieces. When we received the order and contractor came to work at our home …
