I cannot believe the lack of service in this store. Trying to purchase a new washer and could barely get any service. When. I finally did, the associate would answer a question then disappear....

Helpful people but wait times to talk to anyone especially in the flooring dept is crazy!!!!

The other reviews are spot on - this is a pretty bad HD. The customer service is godawful.
