I just stood at the checkout in the nursery for 3 minutes while 5 employees discussed their phone being stolen. I was planning on purchasing the hanging strawberry plant that was sitting at the checkout with me, but I am sure I can get one across the street

Home Depot cancelled my order without even notifying me and kept my money. After an hour on the phone trying to find out when they planned on delivering, they informed me it had been shipped back to the manufacturer and a refund had not been even thought about. After unbelievable amounts of inconvenience, the best they could do for customer service was give my money back a week later. If you...
