NO KIDDING! They do not care. I was just on the phone with them and asked if they carried african violets and they person told me yes and I asked if she could make sure they had some and she hung up on me. When I got there the african violets were dead. I drove 10 miles to get there. I had called Orchard Supply Hardware and they check for me and told me they didn't have any so I wouldn't waste time going down there. Is Home Depot to big to care??????

A Home Depot is a Home Depot but the staff at this location are shockingly incompetent and seem to go out of their way be unhelpful. The managers seem just as bad as the workers you'll occasionally see wandering around (or sitting at their locations eating fast food). It is worth driving to avoid this location. If I could give it no stars, I would.

Decent selection, horrible customer service

The store itself has a lot of items - most of the basic items needed for home building.
However, the staff is not the greatest. There was an especially unpleasant manager named, a red-headed guy with glasses named ""Dave"" who was unhelpful and extremely condescending. Not everyone is an expert in contractor work. If you want a decent product selection but very rude and condescending staff, go to this Home Depot. If you want better service, go to Lowes. A little further away, but much better help and customer service.
