Recently we were looking for an item that was listed "in stock" but was not. The gentlemen who assisted us were great. Instead of just letting us know where we would have to travel to find the part, or giving us a date when we could receive it later, they came up with a feasible alternative and even discounted it tremendously! Thank you all for making another DIY project less painful!!!
