I have been a long time shopper at Home Depot. They take great pain to provide a quality service. Some location are better than others. Yet in the face of good advice, they have yet to improve on the way product are found and collected. Some time ago I suggested they should post kiosk at the head of key Ilse's. This way a customer can inquire as to the location of a product without have to wait...
