Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, intelligent staff that will not only sell you what you need, but educate you on the million uses of hemp, and it's superioriority. Prices are extremely reasonable, too.

Went in Friday to Harvard square location and bought titanium nail and of course my stubborn self misplaced it! Went in today to newbury location to buy a new one told them what happened and they hooked me up with a discount. Wasn't needed but that's GREAT customer service! Thanks again guys really appreciate it I will be back!
