The one lady I had to deal with in here was hateful, and seemed to not have time. I walked in the store with a return, she had customers in line and looked at me kinda rolling her eyes. I said "Excuse me ma'am I have a return". She stated "Do you have a receipt?" I stated "no but I just want to exchange this for something else that I do need". Great customer service! Self checkout lane broke down halfway through my purchase. Manager took me to another aisle where she personally checked my groceries. Then gave me a $5 gift card for my trouble!

The staff of this pharmacy is the best I have encountered in the 5 states that I have lived. They make it a personal experience and really take the time to make sure your needs are met. They go out of their way to make sure things are right and refills have never been easier. I have a CVS opening within walking distance of my house and I will continue to go to the Kroger pharmacy 15 minutes...
