Grove has a bad reputation, but I love it here. You get your own bedroom bathroom and large closet. It comes fully furnished with a 4 person dinner table and couches. Also you get great amenities, like a swimming pool, an ice rink, a volleyball court, grills and more. Rent includes cable/internet and electricity which is awesome since rent for me is 540 total. Biggest problem for me are thin...

The Grove has got much better since under new management. Lots of amenities such as pool, gym, coffee bar, volleyball court, ice rink and pet friendly. Mostly college age renters as neighbors. Apartment comes mostly furnished. Only thing that could be improved is the quality of the buildings. They rushed when building these apartments.
