If you want to fear for your life, this is the place for you. The entry doors do not work, the carpets are stained, and the maintenence is absolutely terrible. I walked my girlfriend to her car at night because i feared she would be attacked!

I lived there for one year. The positives would be the management team is nice, they give a discount to certain employers & college students, and they have very decent sized rooms and bathrooms. The negatives would have to be the maintenance is a bit sluggish, but they'll come out eventually. Also, there is a bit of a mold case in the lower apartments. I am torn about my experiences living here at The Grove. I've been here for two years so far. I like how spacious the apartments are and I like the easy access to the laundry rooms. The pool and workout room are also quite nice. That being said, maintenance is awful and parking is atrocious. I work second shift and I often have to park 3 buildings away.
