I have taken my computer in to the Geeks twice to the store on the Figarden loop and each time they were able to fix the issue and get it back to me in a timely manner. The staff is friendly, knowledgable and will take the time to find out what the issues are and take care of it as quickly as possible. Each time I took it in and my problems were solved very quickly. The Worst Computer Service in Town YP.com

We have had nothing but problems with "The Geeks", starting with poor customer service to unhelpful and over priced service. We've had two different 'Geeks" out to our home 4x since March. Most recently, the last "Geek" that came out imagined that he followed up with us at least 2 different times. We've been without a computer for 1 month now and despite not getting our original issue resolved...
