I agree with the last poster. I have been living in the GD since September and it has been a really enjoyable experience. I got a crazy great deal on my rent and it's always calm and quiet. I'm right next to the leasing office and the staff is always kind and helpful. My toilet likes to mess up and it's been a recurring issue but that can be annoying but the staff has been attentive to this...
I love the garden district . It gives me that New Orleans feelling. Prices are great and staff is amazing.
I've been living here for a year now and Ive really enjoyed it. The management and maintenance are really easy to work with. It's in a good location and very close to campus.
They allow pets and they have plenty of areas for you to walk your dog including a dog park!
I have never had any problems while living here and I would recommend it to anyone who is on a budget and likes a quiet place...
I have lived at The Garden District for 1 year. They are THE ONLY complex in Statesboro that offers reasonable short term leases. The office staff is nice and the maintenance team is super fast.
