A poor quality futon frame and poor customer service have lead me to be dissatisfied with The Futon Shop. My wife and I ordered a futon complete set on line from the futon shop and stipulated that we needed weekend or evening delivery. We were called (after being charged for and paying for the product) by the transport company and told that the product could only be delivered on a weekday from 1-5.
