My membership at Fit Stop has resulted in better health for me. I like the friendly,family atmosphere and the high quality of the training I received. The equipment met my every need and was always in good shape and very clean.

This gym is small compact and their cardio equepment constantly breaks down do to the fact that it is so out dated. Their fornt desk and management lacks professionalism to say the least. Their behind the building parking is known to have very strange people that hang out from the bar next door or the drug users that inhabit this area as a hideout.
