The Fairmont is a very nice hotel in a great location right next to Millennium Park and the Art Institute. We had a tastefully decorated, quiet room and very comfortable bed. The entire staff was very pleasant. Gorgeous view of the park and museum campus from the room.

We selected this hotel based upon my past stay and the great room rate.
Know that if you do get a value rate for a room at this hotel...you will get
exactly what (they feel) you have paid for. The room was a disaster!
Slow (almost clogged) drains in the sink & shower, broken window handles and
dirty carpeting. Do not expect glasses, robes or towels to be replaced.
