Honestly, the heart of any rental property is the manager and staff. That is especially true here at 1550. We have lived here for ten years, save my three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. When we have a great manager, great maintenance, and great office help, like we do right now, there is no place better than this.
As for the living conditions themselves, it really depends on your neighbors....

I live across the street from The Enclave. The unbelievably bright LED sign on top of your building lights up my entire back yard and even with blackout curtains it lights up both of my kids bedrooms all night. I know we are not the only home in the neighborhood that now enjoys the bright sign all night. Please consider reducing the wattage for the neighbouring homes.

The worst high rise to live in. You will fear for your valuables and yourself DAILY. Safety, is not important, nor are repairs. Like the last guys said, it takes MONTHS! Do not believe the hype about the concierge. They should be sued for putting in false claims like that. There are much newer and similar priced places around the area that make dealing with this bull feel like you were duped...
