Love this place. It's clean and everything works. Hot water lasts forever. Washer and dryer are a little small. Can't beat it for what we're paying up here in northern VA. Parking sucks some nights but no big deal. Just an extra couple steps. Jack and Jill bathrooms aren't ideal but as I said it's clean and everything works.

I like living here. It's quiet, near a patch of woods, and near enough to the metro train station but far enough not to hear the trains. Management is very nice and professional. My only qualm is the non-refundable pet fee and the restriction on breeds. The fee is $300 for one pet and $500 for two. The breed …

Edgemoore staff have been very professional, polite, and provide prompt service and make you feel at home. Kettler takes pride in their properties and from the website Kettler states "One of the nation's top multifamily real estate developers"

Maintenance is prompt, neighbors are nice and staff is friendly. Overall good experience. Definitely a desirable location, close to metro and the shopping mall. Amenities are good. Overall spacious apartment. There are parks for kids.
