If I could pick no stars I would. They told my husband that he had to have a procedure done or his teeth would fall out. Also that for the procedure it would cost us 500.00. We believed them and had it done. They billed our insurance and they had the procedure reviewed my three dentists and ruled it as an unnecessary procedure and wouldn't pay.
