It was my first expirance with The critical update. Luis could not fix my problem but was very honest, didn't try to sell me something I don't need, and didn't take a penny from me on this. Great service!

I have only had the pleasure of knowing Luis Delgado and his company, The Critical Update, for a year or two, but my experience with Luis and the company has been excellent. They are honest and they do the job right without overcharging or taking advantage of you just because they're the technology expert and you're not. I would highly recommend him to my friends and business colleagues.
