Crab Cooker is our favorite place to eat out, and we're there EVERY Friday night for dinner...even though I work 3 lunches a week there! Nothing on the menu we don't like!!

A rustic, no-frills establishment located near the ocean, with tons of old photos on the walls, and a giant mounted fish on one wall. Meals are served on paper plates. The menu features a variety of ocean fare: fish, crab, squid, oysters, clams mussels, and chowder.

"Tourists" and "locals" alike line up at these Orange County "institutions" to "wear bibs" and dive into "fresh", "no-frills" seafood served on "paper plates"; the tabs are "reasonable", the service "without pomp" (ditto the "nautical" decor) and the overall "funky" charm makes for "can't-go-wrong" dining.
