This is the most enjoyable hotel we've ever stayed at. This is a beautiful building, centrally located in the middle of Columbus. They have valet parking, and the valet's are so nice and helpful. The staff is very friendly and courteous, and the room service is great. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. We will always stay at this hotel when we visit Columbus!
I was told parking was valet only. The valet left and returned with a ticket. He asked me to leave my keys in the car and walked away. There was no one to help me with my bags. When the car was returned to me the next day my glove box, center console and trunk had been rummaged through and my radar detector was missing. ...
