My apartment is small but with high ceilings which accommodates the need for feeling like there is more space. The lay out is exceptionally functional for a small space. And the kitchen will even hold three people at the same time! Even if only one (me) is cooking. Clean up is a couple of hours instead of a week end ( I used to live in a large house). I lived at The Colony from March 2013 - March 2014, and did enjoy the apartment. I rented a 3 bedroom with 3 other people, and between us, the rent was manageable, though the individual rent for a 1 bedroom is fairly high. They have a good office with competent staff, and they accept packages there which is very useful for safeguarding deliveries. The laundry facilities were good, maintenance...

The colony Apartments. ..although the name sounds like a cult..."The Colony " it is a great place to live. The people are friendly. Great pool, gym, volley ball court are always busy! The apartments are super cute. Best part ..my favorite part...Dairy Queen is right across the street!
