I work in the building next to the Cellar, and have been here several times for happy hour. The patio is beautiful when the weather is nice, like it was today. After a really rough week, my friend and I were ready for a nice relaxing drink, a snack, and some conversation.

Got our drinks but waited and waited as did others around us I noticed. Had to stop someone after nearly an hour of waiting. Didn't go back it was so bad. Get your act together guys its shocking.
