Very poor experience. DO NOT expect any customer care or support from them. As a previous reviewer stated they are very defensive and will blame everyone and anyone rather than take responsibility. We had an expensive runner which was poorly fitted. They blamed the manufacturer. Very poor - avoid.
We do have a business license. We are Class A contractors. This client lost his case in court and is very upset that he had to pay all expenses associated with this case. A senseless complaint and abuse of our court system.
Recently we had our whole house flooring replaced by carpet yard. We placed the order for a new carpet for the basement and a different one for our bedrooms. The salesman wrote down the name of the 2 carpets for us, however he forgot to do the same in the contract which we signed in the evening. ok partly our fault for not checking the contract while signing!! called them next day early morning and the salesman said the carpet has already being cut so now we end up with the same type of carpet in the basement and bedrooms.
Next we replace our old carpet in the living cum dining area...
Fabulous JOB! Very professional. Did a runner and stair rods on a circular staircase in my home. From the owners to the warehouse help, they are wonderful people to deal with!
I had a great experiance having my flooring done there. The intallers were neat and clean and did a fantastic job installing my carpet, hardwood and even some laminate in my kitchen. I couldn't be happier !!!
