Location is great. Kitchens and bathrooms need updating, but not in the plans. Patio doors don't work, Tenants considerate. Super doesn't do much. Pricey for what you get other than location.
place is so nice. so clean, close to down. new supt. is awesome. they are renovating hallyways now so that is only downside but they are putting millions in the pace so its going to look great when its down.
