Something was wrong at the Capital Grille.
One of my dining companions and I had ordered wine. He chose a Cabernet Sauvignon from Door County's Stone's Throw Winery ($15). I had a Chardonnay from Cambria in California.
Both were served in the same style of glass.

In Short Richness and warmth radiate from the plush leather seating and mahogany trim. Whether patrons prefer the filet mignon or a 24-ounce porterhouse, the dry-aged beef is guaranteed to please and is the cornerstone of a menu that also features hand-cut chops and fresh seafood. With hundreds of selections, the wine list is also impressive.
