Just one person working in this tiny diner, and is not the quickest meal around but it might be the best. Every item is A#1. How many diners have coffee that tastes/smells like nothing these days? The Caboose brews the satisfying local Fojo coffee, and grinds it per pot. Food is fresh/local and baked goods are made on premises. Says...

The Caboose is just that...an old caboose. Probably the oldest and smallest restaurant in Norwich. But don't let that deter you. All the foods are homemade and anything on the griddle is cooked right in front of you. The gal that owns this little eatery is a great baker. So, stop in, at least for a cup of fresh brewed...

Great breakfast. Some of the best coffee I've ever had. The place is very unique. Very old and outdated but great food. It would be my go to place if I lived there.
