Nice apartments

I thought our apartments were going to be horrible but it was a huge surprise!!

We are in love with these, not gated but they just hired security and they are doing a great job. Almost everything is papeles which is a huge plus for me, I keep copies of everything.

You get what you pay, we are lucky to have nice and quiet neighbors. No one messes with each other and everyone minds their own...

Unstable owners and poor manager

Work orders are never filled in a timely manner and not completed correctly. The manager uses security for her own personal reasons and the office hours and online only payments are a hassle for people with real jobs. The complex fines you for having the slightest trash on your balcony yet the manager can have a rotted boat and garbage on hers without complaint. You would be better off...
