Bought my wedding gown at The Bridal Boutique yesterday. They were so kind and helpful. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any of the bridal shops that I visited. Am also getting my bridesmaids dresses from there. I have bridesmaids from sizes 2-18 and they are going to be able to accommodate them all. I especially loved the ""at home"" feeling that you get from them. I had been a customer 2 years ago when I was the Maid of Honor in my cousins wedding. They really made the whole process easy. No problems at all. I feel sure I will have the same experience this time.

Avoid this shop!!! WORST customer service that I have ever experienced. Very rude, not helpful at all. Ruined my wedding!

We wanted our dresses ordered by late July and were assured they would ship beginning of October and be delivered to the shop by October 14th, just in time for the Oct 15th bridal shower. AWEFUL!!! They measured me for my dress wrong! Then, refused to pay for a replacement in the right size or for the additional costs in alterations. Now, my wedding dress doesn't fit my chest, so they told me "You can stuff it." Evidently, you're supposed to fit the dress instead of it fitting you.
