Service, Atmosphere, Food. I wouldn't consider The Bleu Cafe fine dining, but it certainly possesses a cozy, comfortable, and tasteful (haha) atmosphere.

Memphis. Nachos are delish...pulled barbeque with a spicy homemade coleslaw and topped with fresh piping hot melted cheese out of the oven with black beans, ask for Greg he can recommend one of their craft beers with any of the menu items! he knows his stuff and he is super friendly! We will be back!

The Blue Café offers tacos with beef brisket, fried chicken, and smoked pork. My first pick was the San Antone Taco, which came with smoked beef brisket, caramelized red onions, red sauce and fresh cilantro.

A Pleasant Dinner. Visited my daughter in school at VSU and took her and her rommmates to Bleu Cafe on a recent Sunday evening. Not too crowded but I really like the decor - sorta chic/modern. The girls thought the waiter was cute, I thought he was a good waiter. We all opted for tacos - that description does not do them justice. They are gourmet tacos - many from which to choose. Good, but inconsistent. I've been here many times. I have had great experiences and poor ones as well. I keep coming back because when it's good, it is really good. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is cozy and warm. Sometimes the food can be overly salty and the service can be slow due to understaffing.
