Nice and Quiet complex. Close to good schools, the zoo, the museums and downtown. Also close to the Medical Center. Office staff is nice and the gym and pool are pretty and well maintained.

There are a few issues that I would mention that made me not to rate it 5 stars: - there is a set rate for trash pick-up, and it's impossible to void it even if you feel getting rid of the trash is more convenient for you doing yourself and not getting notices treatening you to be …

Just moved in and I love this place. Office staff is super friendly. Property is well kept and quite. The maintenance folks are super nice and very responsive.
