Russ responded quickly to my call. Arrived at 8pm at night. Sprayed for bee infestation. Returned to cleanup next day. Had to cut into roof to remove the hive and bug residue. Came back to cover area when it looked like rain. Courteous. Called to alert me to later arrival. took pictures of infestation as he cleaned and forwarded them sms to show husband extend of issue.
