Rent is high for what you get

I live in a 2 bed 2 bath and have been here going on three years. They raised our rent this last time which would be fine if our apartment was equal to all of the other renovated ones. Rent is high and staff doesn't care about tenants. Nice quiet area though but recently new neighbors are loud.

I've lived here for about 3 months. Have had continued problems with the Ac unit, they do not seem to want to do what is required...The other day we saw police chasing people through the apartment complex....Ech...parking is horrible.

If you pay your bills on time, the staff is friendly. I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff. The only problems i have had are that my neighbors don't pick up their dog poop, but when I brought it to Brooke's attention she had it cleaned up right away. I haven't had any problems here and would reccommend it to anyone.
