On the edge of Ocean Beach at the bend of a three-way intersection, the 3rd Corner Wine Shop & Bistro seems far removed from the burger joints and dive bars that populate O.B.'s streets.

This is a great little place to come for a quick bite and some wine. They have a wide selection of wine in their wine store which is connected to the dining area. You can pick out your wine, and bring it to your table and you will be served. Great idea! Quaint little place, and good food too!

We visited 3rd Corner while on vacation in neighboring Mission Bay. Upon entering the staff was very friendly and escorted us to a lounge room to wait for an open table. A combo wine shop/bistro, they had quite a large selection of domestic and foreign wines to choose from.
