I didn't like either of the waiters I had.
First experience: The guy didn't seem to care much about our comfort.
Second experience: The fellow would not leave my date and I alone. He even pulled up a chair.
The food is never great. It is only made to be edible. The portions are very small.
You only come here if you have no place else to gather and drink at, in a small town. ; )
