Looking for something to fill some time at no cost

Looking for something to fill some time at no cost - this is your place ! Located on campus at the University, these 4 floors are filled with numerous treasures. It is in an old building, which lends additional charm. Lots of exhibits from prehistoric to evolution and Texas wildlife.

Found by a graduate student some years ago, this largest of the flying dinosaurs had a wingspan is 40 feet across. Arguably it's as beautiful as any sculpture you'll ever see. But that's...

Great natural history museum for children of all ages. Not just fossils. Near-intact prehistoric creatures of various sizes and time periods. Meteorites, gems and minerals, learning opportunities for every age group. A condensed version of the Perot Museum in Dallas for a nominal fee instead of amusement park price. Great collection, but unfortunately under-funded by the university. Relying...
