My suggestion to get the most of this restaurant: 1) skip the salad bar (it's great, but the meats are what are amazing) 2) eat lightly the day you are going here 3) When they bring around the platters of meat the first time, take a small amount of each and just try them to see which ones you like, then when they come around the next time, only get the ones you loved. Our first experience at Texas De Brazil Memphis was excellent. We had heard of the unique dining and was somewhat apprehensive. But, from the time we walked in the door until we finished we were impressed with the service and especially the food and how it was served.
