Slow and rude mechanical shop attendants

This place is close to where I live so decided to give them a try t to get my oil changed and inspection done.
When I came to collect my car, they said my oil stick was broken and they did not want claim any responsibility for it. Come one now..... could I really have been driving around my car with a broken dip stick all these month without the handle falling off?

When we asked themanager for a written statement, they got very rude with us and gave us a bunch of excuses of setting up the ""comments"" section on the receipt. The made us wait almost TWO hours to get a written and...
