Shaboo is an exclusive setting within Bar Masa at the ARIA Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas strip. The smaller of chef Masayoshi Takayama's restaurants features fresh Japanese shabu-shabu cuisine with an emphasis on the best seasonally available ingredients. Each table is equipped with its own induction cooking element to create a more intimate dining experience.

The food here is amazing! Not a detail missed and everything was fresh and full of flavor! They even moved our reservation up an hour at the last minute. ??

Think twice before you eat here. The place gets a lot of reviews and I assume the people writing these reviews must never have tasted good authentic Mexican food. The food is mediocre at best. I am not sure if my steak came from a cow or the sole of a boot it was so tough. Their tortillas are horrible,...

Met 2 local friends for lunch. It was the first time here for all 3 of us.
The vote was unanimous--5 stars all the way around.
The service was attentive without being disruptive. The food was delicious and pleasing to the eye. Portions were generous and the price reasonable.
