Terry was so professional. He answered my call on a Saturday and asked many questions to ascertain if a visit was even necessary. Told me what to do rather than make an unnecessary visit. It's refrefshing to find this kind of customer service. Wants to help but not waste clients time and money. I'll definitely be calling him in the future!
