I am shocked to see the "Exceptional" review. That is an old review and maybe now all those employees are gone! Because today the place is filled with a bunch of pompous pricks that don't care about the customer...AT ALL! They charge too much and I have heard people that took their car here had to take it somewhere else months later to fix it again. I have had a VERY BAD experience with them....

I am very disappointed with this company! My teenage brother went in here to get a quote to have his windshield wipers replaced. They took his keys to look at it, and came back to charge him $50 for "diagnostics", to tell us the motor was bad, which we already knew. Being a teenager, he just paid the money. When I called to question that, I received very poor customer service & even got hung up...
